Final Coordination Conference (FCC) and Main Events List/Main Incident List (MEL/MIL) Scripting Workshop of Maritime Security Exercise-2023 (EXER MARSEC-23) was successfully conducted in hybrid (both in-person and on-line) format between 07th and 09th of June 2023, and totally 28 participants, representing diverse maritime interested stakeholders from military, academia, international organisations, and companies attended the proceeding/discussions.
During the FCC, Refined Draft Exercise Plan (EXPLAN) of EXER MARSEC-23, participation, coordination, and staffing to the CPX and OPEX components of the exercise were discussed, and the way ahead was established.
MEL/MIL Scripting WS and Operational Experimentation (OPEX) WS were established as a syndicate work on 08-09 June 2023 for developing and scripting incidents, together with amending scenario products with necessary additions/changes in line with MEL/MIL.
